General Information

Registration fees include all applicable taxes.

Registration fees include 21% VAT.

Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or late). If payment is not received by the specified date, the higher (late) rate will automatically apply.

Your registration will be validated once payment has been received and confirmed by the ICAIGE 2026 Finance Office.

Only for Tunisian Universities ; Universities and public institutions in Tunisia may complete the payment process through an official order form issued in the name of ICAIGE26.

A scanned copy of the official order form must be sent to registration@icaige.com before the registration deadline.

Participants who have completed their online registration may finalize payment on-site at the conference venue.

This method is recommended for those preferring to pay directly at the conference. Please note that on-site registration is available only for pre-registered participants through the online registration form.
